We deliver your order as soon as we can. All products are made fresh once you order, therefore some delays may occur. Orders received before 11 am will normally be sent to you in one or two business days by courier, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Limitations
We currently deliver only to Mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland - excluding Highlands and Islands). However, if we see interest we may consider widening our delivery area. We cannot guarantee or specify an exact time of delivery.

UK Mainland
Orders carry a delivery charge according to the delivery method selected. To ensure the best possible service we use a fully traceable courier service for the majority of our orders. You can order as much as you wish for the single charge as long as it is to one private address and does not exceed 15 kg in weight. For each further 15 kg £ 10 surcharge applies. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) from 9am until 5.30pm and require a signature upon receipt. If no-one is at home, a card will be left and delivery may be attempted on the next working day or could be picked up from one of the depots (please check the card for detailed information). If you wish to track your parcel please call us. On occasions, we are able to offer a First Class Post alternative.

Tru Bitz Limited, based in Northamptonshire is a unique special diets bakery. Our products are free from milk, lactose, wheat, gluten, Soya, nuts and yeast. Our product range includes cakes, loafs, muffins, fairy cakes, delicious brownies and many more.

Our cakes are hand made and hand finished, using traditional methods, freshly made once they’re ordered from our web site. We draw on our own recipes using ingredients which are sourced as locally as possible, with organic and fair trade spices where available. Our products are delivered directly to your door by a courier nationwide. We spent a long time perfecting our recipes and are grateful to our friends who are always willing to try our cakes out.
